Deposit & Payment Terms
A 50% deposit will be required to secure all bookings.
For studio hire:
The final 50% must be paid three days prior to the hire date.
For headshots & campaign/e-commerce shoots:
When the retouched images are complete, an email will be sent with a screenshot of the finished product. The final 50% will be required to release the images.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
The deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations made within 5 days of your booking.
If you need to reschedule within 5 days of your booking, you won’t lose your deposit but the following fees will apply.
Studio Hire & Campaign/E-Commerce Shoots: $250 rescheduling fee
Headshots: $200 rescheduling fee
Proof Sheets & Turn-Around Time
For all headshots (including corporate) and candid photo packages, a proof sheet will be sent within 2 business days. Image selection should be completed within one week.
Final images will be ready within 7 business days and delivered once final payment has been made.
For all campaign shoots, turn-around time will vary and be discussed in the brief.
Usage and Copyright
When booking a photoshoot session, you agree that Western Beach Studio is the sole and exclusive owner of all photos and reserves all rights and copyright of the photos. All non-commercial images (headshots, corporate headshots, candid shots) come with unlimited usage rights.
Image Delivery & Lost Images
Images are delivered via Pic-Time. All images must be downloaded to your own computer or hard drive/USB within 2 months of delivery.
Images are not stored indefinitely. If you lose your images and the Pic-Time link is no longer available (and your images are still accessible on my hard drive), a $50 retrieval fee will be charged.
There is no guarantee that I will still have your images on my hard drive, so please download and save as soon as your receive them!
Refunds
We do everything we possibly can to ensure our clients love their final images - and so far we’ve never had a client request a refund.
To ensure complete satisfaction, we review and discuss your images during the session. If you would like any changes or have any concerns, please bring this up during the shoot so we can create a final product that you love.
If issues or modifications have not been discussed during the shoot, and we have met the brief, then unfortunately we cannot guarantee a refund.
