Corporate Headshots

Whether you’re a small business owner or running an entire company, corporate headshots are an essential tool for your brand’s identity and presence.

We understand that being in front of the camera isn’t for everyone, so we pride ourselves on creating a relaxed environment so everyone can feel and look their best.

We offer shoots in-studio, on location, or at your workplace. Scroll below to find out all of the information and pricing.

The Details

Shooting In Your Workplace

If we’re shooting in your office, we typically need 15-20 minutes to set up. Our lighting setup will require roughly 2x5 metres, however we can work in smaller areas if there is no alternative.

Backdrop Preferences In Your Workplace

If you decide to use your workplace for headshots, there are a variety of backdrops you could consider. You could use an environmental background, such as an office space with a desk etc. You could also use a textured wall, an outdoor area, or a blank wall.

Session Time Per Person

We will spend about 10-15 minutes with each person, although this may vary. We will give tips on posture, hand placement and facial expressions so everyone feels confident and looks great.

Turn-Around Time

A proofing page will be sent out within 2 business days. This includes each person's top 5-10 shots, so they can select their favourite images to be edited. Final retouched images will be delivered within 7 business days after all selections have been made.

All retouched images are provided in colour and black & white.

Geelong Studio

If you would prefer to shoot at our studio, we have a beautiful studio on the Geelong waterfront.

The studio suits groups of 1-10 people at once. There are a few seating areas in the studio for those waiting to have their headshot taken.

1-5 People:
$195.00 (+GST) per person

5-15 People:

Travel time is included within the pricing. Additional travel fees will be added for locations/workplaces that are 30+ minutes away from the Geelong CBD.
