You only have one chance to make a first impression. A professional headshot is often the first time your audience or potential client sees you - that’s why it’s an essential tool for all creatives and professionals. Whether you’re an actor, model, writer, artist, or a professional building your brand, we ensure that your headshot captures the essence of who you are.

We offer packages for both headshots and portraits.

What is a headshot?

A headshot purely captures your face, but can also include hands or leaning on chair to add interest.

What is a portrait?

A portrait can also include 3/4 and full body shots. In combination with different backdrops, this can really help to capture a mood or character.

How to book

Indoor / Outdoor

Outdoor Sessions

It’s always nice to have some outdoor shots in your portfolio, with the natural light and dynamic backgrounds creating a stunning visual. There are some great locations within easy walking distance from the studio.

We’ve tried to make things as simple as possible, with all of the information and pricing listed on this page. Once you’ve selected the ideal package for you, send us an email or fill out the contact form to lock in a date. Of course, we’re happy to have a chat to answer any questions you may have.

Studio Sessions

The studio offers versatile backgrounds, including the cyc, coloured backdrops, and the textured pink wall.

The studio is conveniently located at Shop 1 / 18 Cavendish Street, Geelong.

Both

Why not have both? Start in the studio and finish the shoot outdoors, where we can make use of the surrounding nature and buildings for different tones and textures.

What to wear ?

Bring a variety of outfit options that make you feel your best. It’s always good to consider what colours and necklines complement your features.

Jackets are a great option for layering clothes and it’s always best to keep jewellery to a minimum.

If you’re an actor, think about the different roles you’d like to be cast in and bring outfits that reflect those roles. For example, a blazer will give corporate/detective vibes and a leather jacket will look rough and edgy. Perhaps you have a shirt or a dress that reflects a period piece?

Hair & Makeup Recommendations

Hair and makeup is not included in my packages, however I have some recommendations below.  

You are welcome to arrive with hair and makeup already done, or you can hire the studio space for $50 per hour before your shoot.

8 Retouched Headshots

What’s Included


  • A private proofing gallery (sent within 2 business days)

  • Retouching on your chosen images

  • A link to download your final images 

  • Colour and black & white versions of each image

  • Web and high-resolution versions of each image

Once image selection is complete, final images will be sent within 7 business days.

Final images are delivered via Pic-Time.

Everything!

The whole folder of images can be sent to you for $550 and includes between 120 - 400 images, provided in web and high resolution. These images will only have basic tonal & colour corrections (no retouching).

Additional Images

If you would like more images than the package offers, you can add extra images at $50 each (+GST). These images will be edited, polished, and retouched.

How many outfits should I bring?

As a general rule:
3 outfits for Package One
5 outfits for Package Two
8 outfits for Package Three

It’s always best to bring a few more options than you need, so you have flexibility. Adding a jacket or coat is a great way to easily create a different outfit.

I want two different looks, can I shave or change my hair halfway through the shoot?

Yes, you can. Please note that this change has to be done during the allocated time of the package, so please ensure you’ve chosen either Package 2 or 3.

Can I complete the selection process during my headshot session instead of waiting for the proofing page?

Absolutely, just let me know during the booking process so I can allocate time for this.

FAQs

Can I also have full length portraits?

Yes! We can include 3/4 and full body shots in all packages. Just let us know when booking the shoot so we can allocate time accordingly.

Can I bring my hair and makeup artist to the studio?

Absolutely. If you are going to have makeup done at the studio before your session, I charge a studio hire rate of $50 per hour for the use of the space.

Can I edit the images myself?

No, sorry. Handing over unedited images is like handing over a half-finished painting. There are many hours dedicated to editing, so that we deliver a premium image.

If there is a particular look you would like for your final edits, I am happy to match it.
